The website with the entire hiking and trekking trail system of the
"Monti dell'Orsomarso"
The "Monti dell'Orsomarso", the most impervious and wild mountains of the South of Italy, are the southern part of the Park of Pollino, the biggest natural park of Europe!

You can trek and camp for days in the most uncontaminated nature, up to 2.000 meters, and still be just a bunch of kilometers from the beautiful beaches, warm Thyrrenian sea and the friendly towns of the "Riviera dei Cedri", on the northern coast of Calabria.
Plan here your trek excursion

  • study the trails, the water spots, the shelters and create your itinerary of one or more days or … you can choose among the suggested ones.

  • download the trace files for your gps or smartphone.

  • contact the associations or the guides, the shelters (usually free or about 10 €) and the shuttle for the return.

The trekking trips are dangerous and you always need to be guided by experts – see here the associations that offer guided excursions or guides.

The majority of the trails presented are not mantained at all, the signals are sporadic or absent and many of them are not actually trails, but just gps recorded paths.
